Day 04: Embark on a Tofino adventure, exploring the stunning Long Beach and the option to join your guide for a scenic hike. Drive along Coastal Highway 19A, passing through coastal communities and scenic landscapes. Have dinner in Comox and then reach Campbell River for your overnight stay. Day 07: Enjoy a relaxed morning with a variety of activities like kayaking, fishing, and whale watching. Opt for an exciting full-day Grizzly Bear Expedition to Toba Valley (available from Sept. 1 – Oct. 15). Explore Elk Falls Provincial Park, with its vast network of walking trails, including the Suspension Bridge. Take a stroll on the cantilevered viewing platform for a breathtaking view of Elk Falls. Day 08: Embark from Campbell River in the morning. Visit Morningstar Farm in Parksville—a local food hub with self-guided tours, a farmgate store, a seasonal café, a petting farm, and trails. Explore Nanaimo’s Harbourfront and indulge in the renowned Nanaimo Bars. Catch the 3:55 pm ferry from Nanaimo to Horseshoe Bay. Arrive back in downtown Vancouver around 6:30 pm.
