 Day 01: When you arrive in Kutaisi, you will be greeted by your ski tour guide at the airport. The exciting journey to Svaneti via Sugdidi starts straight away. Arrival in the evening at the guesthouse in Mestia, the administrative capital of Svaneti. (Travel time approx. 4-5 hours, 230 km).

Day 02 – 03: Your seasoned ski tour guide will tailor the routes for the upcoming two days according to snow and weather conditions. Departing from the Mestia guesthouse at approximately 1600 meters, expect exhilarating descents reaching up to 3000 meters in altitude. Comfortable overnight accommodation is provided in the guesthouse.

Day 04: Today, you’ll relocate to Ushguli, one of Europe’s highest continuously inhabited settlements. As you journey there, the sensation of nearing the edge of civilization envelops you. The ancient fortified towers, some of the oldest in Svaneti, stand as a testament to its rich history. Ushguli serves as an excellent launching pad for upcoming ski adventures. If desired, you can explore the surrounding area on a scenic tour this afternoon. Spend the night in a cozy guest house. (Travel time approximately 1-2 hours, covering 50 km).

Day 05 – 07: Behold the majestic winter attire adorning Tednuldi, Shchara, and Besingi’s lofty summits. Amidst the grandeur of the Greater Caucasus, prepare to be awestruck! Your days ahead promise endless admiration during exhilarating ski expeditions. Guided by seasoned expertise, each day’s tour will be tailored to optimal conditions, ensuring a memorable experience amidst changing snow, weather, and wind dynamics.

Day 08: Today acts as a contingency plan for inclement weather. Beginning with a drive back to Mestia in the morning, you’ll have ample free time to explore cultural sites, such as the historical-ethnographic museum or the remarkable fortified towers and historic buildings scattered throughout the town. Rest assured for the night in a renowned accommodation. (Travel duration: approximately 1-2 hours, covering 50 km).

Day 09: As you bid farewell to the towering peaks, your journey descends towards Kutaisi. En route, a stop at the remarkable Inguri Dam, boasting the world’s largest arch dam, offers insight into Georgia’s energy landscape. Your exploration continues with visits to the Bagrati Cathedral and the enchanting Prometheus Cave, offering contrasting cultural experiences. Rest for the night at a Kutaisi hotel, the vibrant heart of the country. (Travel duration: 4-5 hours, covering 230 km).

Day 10: Personal voyage back to one’s abode.
