 Day 01: Greetings in Sofia! Upon arrival at the airport, watch for the distinctive Travel Talk signage directing you to your hotel transfer. Later, gather around 7 pm at the hotel for a casual meet-and-greet with your guide and fellow adventurers, where you’ll receive essential tour details. Following this, join us for an optional group dinner around 8:15 pm, and then take a stroll through the charming streets of Sofia.

Day 02: Following a hearty breakfast, board the bus and journey towards Belgrade, the capital of Serbia. From the commanding Belgrade Fortress, enjoy breathtaking vistas of the Danube and Sava rivers. Begin your exploration in the heart of the city, strolling down the lively Knez Mihailova street adorned with cafes, shops, and delightful sights. Embark on a walking tour to uncover the fascinating landmarks of Belgrade, each with its own remarkable history.

Day 03: Welcome to Sarajevo, the resilient capital of Bosnia and Herzegovina! This city bears witness to the historical junction where the Western and Eastern Roman Empires diverged, hosting a rich tapestry of cultures and faiths. Despite scars from the Yugoslav War visible in bullet-ridden facades, Sarajevo remains a captivating blend of oriental charm and distinctive flair. Embark on a walking tour through the old town, where each step unveils a new delight. Indulge in the diverse culinary scene, with lamb reigning as the specialty dish.

Day 04: Today’s journey leads us to the breathtaking Adriatic coastline, with a delightful detour through Mostar! Upon reaching this enchanting destination, meander through Mostar’s historic Old Town, taking in sights like the iconic Old Bridge – Stari Most – and the bustling čaršija (market). Savor a scenic lunch at a local eatery, explore the charms of the old town, and indulge in the rich flavors of Turkish coffee. Later in the day, we continue our adventure to Trebinje for an overnight stay.

Day 05: Prepare yourself for an eventful day in Dubrovnik, known as the “Pearl of the Adriatic”! With its immaculate ancient walls embracing the entire town and a sea of terracotta roofs that bring “King’s Landing” to life, this UNESCO World Heritage Site is truly awe-inspiring. The journey down from the mountainside is a breathtaking experience in itself. Our day kicks off with a guided tour of the Old Town, where we delve into its millennia-old history. Walk along the formidable walls, explore charming narrow alleys, savor delectable seafood, or take a refreshing dip in the crystal-clear waters. As evening falls, we head back to Trebinje for a well-deserved rest.

Day 06: Our journey continues to Montenegro! Experience the enchanting allure of Kotor, reminiscent of Dubrovnik but with its tranquil charm and distinct architecture. Enjoy a guided stroll through the old town, soaking in its history and ambiance before departing for Albania, our ultimate destination. Discover the authenticity of Shkoder, one of Albania’s gems, with a captivating walking tour of its vibrant center. Rest overnight in Shkoder before our adventures continue.

Day 07: Embark on your journey post-morning meal! Explore the captivating sights of Tirana through a panoramic city tour, showcasing the finest examples of Albanian architecture. Conclude at the vibrant Skenderbeg square for leisurely exploration. Later, head towards Ohrid, Macedonia, where your cozy hotel awaits. Relax or opt for an exciting Balkan night with dinner to add zest to your day.

Day 08: Begin your day by embarking on a curated exploration of the historic cityscape of Old Ohrid, renowned for its plethora of chapels and churches nestled throughout. Later, journey to Skopje, the vibrant capital of Macedonia, where you’ll spend the night.

Day 09: Get ready to uncover the charm of Skopje through a guided tour showcasing its exquisite architecture, majestic monuments, and captivating history. Strike a pose by the renowned Alexander the Great statue or stroll beneath the Macedonian Arc de Triumph. With its plethora of landmarks and a lively street scene brimming with cafes and bars, the city offers endless delights. Later, venture to Sofia for an afternoon of exploring its bustling shopping districts and vibrant nightlife at your leisure.

Day 10: Embark on an early morning walking tour of Sofia’s town center, exploring iconic landmarks like the National Library, Sofia University, and The Parliament. Your guide will share insights into Bulgaria’s rich history, including the communist era, as you pass by the Council of Ministers, the presidency, and former communist party headquarters. Admire the St. Alexander Nevsky Patriarchal Cathedral, National Theatre, and St. Sofia Church along the way. Afterward, wander through lively shopping streets and quaint cafes. Bid farewell to your companions and conclude the tour. Breakfast and city tour activities are included.
