 Day 01: Upon touchdown at Cairo airport, you’ll be greeted by our representative for a warm welcome and seamless transfer to your hotel in the heart of Cairo. Unwind and soak in the captivating night vistas of the city. Pre-trip transfers are available for an additional fee.

Day 02: Embark on a morning journey to behold the majestic Great Pyramids of Giza, standing as timeless marvels amid Cairo’s modern skyline. Delve into the mysteries of ancient Egypt as you explore the monumental structures of Cheops, Chefren, and Mykerinus, accompanied by the iconic Sphinx and Valley Temple. Witness the grandeur of the towering Great Pyramid of Khufu, a testament to ancient engineering prowess.

Next, immerse yourself in the luxury of ancient Egyptian wealth and power at the Egyptian Museum in Tahrir Square, showcasing treasures unearthed from King Tutankhamun’s tomb. This captivating experience serves as a prelude to your Nile exploration.

After a day of discovery, return to your Cairo hotel for a well-deserved rest. Overnight stay in Cairo.

Day 03: Embark on a swift journey to Luxor airport, ready to board your river cruise, where you’ll reside for five days—Marvel at the majestic columns of Karnak’s Great Hypostyle Hall, adorned with intricate carvings. Explore the courtyard and gaze upon the impressive granite statues of Ramses II, along with the Obelisks of Queen Hatshepsut and Tuthmosis III. Then, immerse yourself in the ancient Egyptian deities at the open-air temple complex of Amun.

Witness the illuminated splendour of Luxor temple as its towering columns and colossal statues come to life.

Optional experiences include a charming Luxor City horse carriage tour and the captivating Karnak sound and light show.

Day 04: Explore the wonders of the Valley of the Kings, including the majestic Colossi of Memnon and the captivating Temple of Hatshepsut. With 64 tombs varying in size and complexity, the Valley holds secrets waiting to be discovered. Marvel at the grandeur of Queen Hatshepsut’s temple nestled beneath the cliffs of Deir el Bahari while the imposing Colossi of Memnon stand as silent sentinels of ancient Egypt. As the day concludes, sail to Edfu, indulging in a leisurely dinner onboard, a serene conclusion to an unforgettable day of exploration.

Day 05: This morning, our journey begins with a visit to the Edfu Temple, a remarkable sanctuary honouring the falcon deity Horus. After an enriching exploration, we’ll retreat to the vessel for a delightful lunch.

Next, we’ll cruise towards Kom Ombo, where we’ll delve into the sacred domains of Sobek and Horus. As evening falls, we’ll reconvene on the ship for a sumptuous dinner and settle in for the night.

Day 06: Explore the enchanting Great Temples of Abu Simbel on an optional early morning tour. Witness the majestic sanctuaries dedicated to Ramses II and Nefertari, renowned for their beauty and historic relocation in 1968 to evade submersion by Lake Nasser. Later, opt for an afternoon visit to the Nubian Village, then return to the ship before dinner.

Day 07: The Nile Cruise concludes! After breakfast, disembark from the ship. Explore the Philae Temple, which was relocated to Agilkia Island in the 1960s due to dam construction. Visit the High Dam, built to enhance hydroelectric power and regulate Nile flooding. Later, I transferred to Aswan International Airport for an evening flight to Cairo International Airport. Settle in Cairo for an overnight stay.

Day 08: Enjoy a morning meal at your Cairo hotel before departing from Cairo International Airport.
